My husband and I like this place a lot. This is the first restaurant we ate at when I moved to Kansas. The atmosphere is casual and very homey. It's family-oriented and great for groups. The staff is always friendly and you will be greeted with a smiley face guarantee. As for the food, I always get chicken tenders with a side of fries because the portions are huge and the chicken is juicy (although I wish they would spice up the chicken and/or batter). I have tried a few other things before picking my usual. My husband on the other hand is on a mission to try everything on the menu and so far he has not complained about anything. Definitely check this place out!

We love going here. The boom boom chicken is amazing but get it in a wrap! Very accommodating and let me bring my dog out on their patio. Even brought him a bowl of water without having to ask.

Good food friendly staff. Local sports pub can't go wrong. I stop at this establishment all the time. My wife and I sneak here as often as we can.

2nd time here..... Waited 35 minutes for our food while other customers that came after us got theirs first... They fucked up our order and to top it off waited another 20 minutes for a freakin box!!!!!! Jeeezzz and I thought the previous time I came the service wasn't good.... Won't be coming back that's for sure.... What a shame.

We came to Kansas for an 80th birthday party. After hours of fun in the sun, the 14 of us happened upon Coach's for a bite to eat. In the middle of lunch hour and very little waiting, we were all seated together. The food was awesome (including salads, chicken fingers and my fave - the rodeo burger!). The staff were absolutely wonderful, very attentive (water was always filled!) and most of all kind. Ashleigh was the best! Thank you!

My husband and I heard about the great quality of food so we had lunch at coach's it was a wonderful experience. The decor was a little tacky but interesting. The service was great & the food was delicious and beautiful. Huge portions & well worth the price.

I've been to quite a few bars because I'm from Wisconsin and I would say that the food here was very good and it was clean for a bar. The service was also pretty good with our waitress coming by about 6 times and always filling our drinks fast. The selection of food was also quite large. It is also family friendly and there are lots of TV'S in case you want to watch a game. Overall a good little place.

Great bar and grill, bartenders will make anything you can think of. Steaks are always amazing and burgers slamming. Coaches gets very busy on Fridays and Saturdays, go early or later to avoid the crowds.

I love coaches. Has the small hometown feel which is great for the family or watching the football game with friends at the bar. The food is great and the chicken salad is surprisingly good. I wish they would get more seating at the bar area though, but other than that I have no qualms with the service or the menus.

I did not enjoy this restaurant. The decor was outdated and the food was bland. My daughter's chicken fingers had little to no seasoning.

I've have been there twice and will definitely go back. The price matches the quality of food and service. My second time there, we had a new waitress who struggled a little bit, but another waitress helped her out and we had fun joking around. Nice country-ish decor inside.

Proceed with some caution, but proceed and order a burger. You will get fresh Angus beef. It is excellent. There's one chance in a dozen the cook might burn it. It he/she burns it send it back and they'll bring you a fresh burger. I order mine bun-less and after 5 p.m. with a baked potato and salad. It is great. I do not recommend their Mexican food. I do not recommend their rib-eye, but then I'm not in love with rib-eye steaks. I like filet Mignon, Porterhouse, and K.C. strips. Sometimes the service is okay and sometimes its better than that. Roll with it and order an Angus beef burger. Heaven!

Ive been here a few times after work on Mondays for their taco night. They are ok, skimpy on the meat, but for 50 cents what do you expect. The service is ok, when they are busy Ive actually gotten better service than when they were slow. Tables are worn, sometimes dirty and there is usually some kind of food/crumbs in the booths. Their Coachs burger is good. Prices are reasonable for both the food and drinks (which are pretty potent).

Often when driving between Colorado and Kansas, I take what I can get on the food front. I don't think I've stopped at a single restaurant that I would be even remotely excited about returning to. Coach's is no exception. My stop was for a late lunch on Labor Day. The place was pretty close to empty, which is understandable. What I didn't understand was why we were seated at a table with food on the seats of the booth and on the mini blinds covering the window at our table. Isn't a day you can anticipate will be slow a good one for some extra tidying up? In general, the place was pretty dingy and dirty - not in a dive bar kinda way but in a needs a deep clean and refresh kinda way. The waitstaff is comprised of cute college girls, none of whom seemed to care enough about where they work to take initiative to remedy issues like what's noted above. In fact, they didn't seem interested in much more than socializing with each other. I had a hard time making a decision on food because none of the menu items looked appetizing, except the burgers (I didn't want to eat a heavy meal with a few hours of driving still ahead). I opted for the grilled cheese on the kid's meal. It was nothing special but hit the spot.

On the road again, as usual, and was looking for a place to grab some wings, beer and watch the NFL playoffs. I searched the GPS and thought I would give this place a try. I went on a Sunday and when I arrived the parking lot was full of cars so I had good expectations. I sat at the bar and was greeted by a friendly server. Just my luck, they had wings and beer on special. I ordered the wings, a side salad and a beer. The salad was typical and the wings were alright. They were a little bit dry; however, had a good flavor of slightly smoked with a buffalo wing sauce. The atmosphere was good and I got out of there for under $20 for wings, salad and three 24 oz. beers. For what it is, I would go there again. Plenty of tvs to watch the game.

My husband likes this place as its close to our house and the only place to eat on this side of town. The Boom-boom Chicken Sandwich is very yummy! I have tried the wraps and they good too. Also the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich is good too! The atmosphere is laid back. Tends to be busy around 5-6ish in the evenings though. Price will vary on what you order, most items are under $9 however there are some that less than $18 or so.

Went in with a coupon from restaurant.com , and let's just say, thank god! For the poor quality of food we received I would have never wanted to have payed 39 dollars for 2 people, and keep in mind that was with no drink! My grandmothers pork ribs were just pre cooked and very fatty, and her "sautéed" green beans were soggy and bland. My "teriyaki" stir fry way VERY VERY VERY hot! (it scorched my mouth) as well as it was very greasy and chard, not to mention I had to request MORE teriyaki sauce due to the lack of flavor, over cooked, greasy. We had high hopes for our "deep fried" ice cream that had a soggy exterior and was unbelievably hard. Just a mess. Our only success of the night was our spinach artichoke dip, however the chip to dip ratio was off. overall it was all pre cooked and reheated and slathered with grease, and the prices do not match the quality of food. Watch for the sneaky up charges!
